SUMMARY:
Responsible for both customer training and internal technical training. He/she is the central administrator for regional training and the point of contact to the customers regarding training business

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in future-oriented filling and packaging solutions based in Jhb North is looking for a Training Coordinator.

Key Outputs

Developing local training resources, local training business plan and local training center according to global training strategy and local business plan.
Generation of training KPIs
Generation of update and follow-up of customer training plans
Generation of aftersales offers for training.
Creation of local training budget and training plans for local technicians in cooperation with Finance and Service Team
Support for Standardized Customer Training Offers in ECOS/ICON Training Module

Attributes and Competencies

Adequate knowledge of the CAMPUS process
In depth knowledge of packaging machinery and processes in the Training System
Good communication skills and verbal ability.
Self-Driven and assertiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Prior Training at least 3 years experience is an Advantage
Experience with Online Database maintenance systems
Exposure to SALIS and ECOS/ICON, or similar systems an advantage.
Knowledge of Liquid Packaging Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Machinery is highly beneficial.
Diploma/Degree
