POSITION INFO:

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and execution of marketing activities across a portfolio of brands. This role works closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Managers, mall stakeholders, brand partners, agencies and internal teams to ensure marketing plans are delivered effectively on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially minded and confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Campaign Management

• Assist in developing and executing annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans across the assigned brand portfolio.
• Develop and coordinate individual mall marketing plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals and execution across multiple brands and channels.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist Marketing Managers with campaign planning, presentations, reports and administrative requirements.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate partnerships with malls, retailers, media partners, suppliers, brands and other external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall marketing teams and relevant strategic partners.
• Identify and coordinate partnership opportunities that support brand awareness, traffic and commercial objectives.
• Manage communication, deliverables and timelines across multiple stakeholders.

CRM Strategy & Planning

• Assist in developing CRM strategies and customer communication plans across the brand portfolio.
• Plan CRM calendars and campaign activity in line with brand and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate CRM briefs, content, approvals and execution with relevant teams.

Social Media

• Assist in developing social media strategies and content for assigned brands.
• Coordinate social media calendars, campaign requirements and content deliverables.
• Work with internal teams, agencies and creators to ensure content is delivered according to strategy and brand guidelines.

PR & Influencer Management

• Coordinate PR activity and influencer campaigns across relevant brands.
• Assist with influencer identification, outreach, briefing, contracting, gifting and campaign tracking.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies, influencers, media partners and other relevant stakeholders.
• Track campaign deliverables and compile performance reports.

Budget & Financial Administration

• Manage and track allocated marketing budgets.
• Monitor spend against approved budgets and identify variances.
• Assist with budget forecasting, reconciliation and reporting.
• Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure marketing expenditure is accurately recorded.
• Liaise with finance and suppliers regarding invoices and payments.

General

• Maintain accurate marketing calendars, trackers and reporting documents.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure all marketing activity is aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the Marketing Managers.
• Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-driven marketing team environment.
