Training Administrator
Northern Suburbs of JHB
Position Type: 6-month contract

POSITION INFO:

Training Administrator

The resource would provide essential operational and administrative support to ensure the effective planning, coordination, delivery, and reporting of project training activities.

Key responsibilities:

Developing training materials using approved project templates, including learner instructions, quick reference guides, attendance reports, trackers, and other standard training artefacts.
Coordinating training schedules and invitations.
Managing training logistics and Teams session administration.
Maintaining attendance registers, learner records, training evaluations, and completion tracking.
Preparing training reports, dashboards, and readiness updates.
Managing learner reminders and follow-up communications.
Coordinating feedback surveys (where required) and consolidating training insights.
Maintaining training repositories and ensuring document version control.
Tracking training-related actions, risks, and issues.
Activities may also include attending meetings to ensure alignment and contextual understanding.

In addition, this resource would strengthen governance, improve reporting accuracy, enhance learner engagement, and support the consistent delivery of training activities across the project. They would also contribute significantly to overall go-live readiness and successful user adoption.
