JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Responsibilities

Key performance outputs

Provide a safe and secure environment by supervising staff in the Tyre bay

Performance of all staff should be monitored to ensure the adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

Attend Operations meetings and provide feedback as required. Investigate, report and correct all operational issues

and ensure adequate remedial action

Build and maintain sound internal and external relations whilst balancing enforcement with professionalism

Attend to and assist with customer complaints, including escalated complaints

Respond to all requirements in the prescribed manner and ensure the tasks are resolved effectively

Skills and Experience

Valid Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential

2 years Supervisory experience and an understanding of Systems and Procedures,

Knowledge of quality management systems

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office packages

The candidate must have no criminal record and will need to adhere to security clearance procedures
