Tool Setter

Our client has an opportunity available for a Tool Setter.

Requirements:

• Matric
• N3 or equivalent qualification.
• Qualified toolmaker or tool setter.
• Sound knowledge of Injection Moulding Machine.

Responsibilities:

• Checking all tools relevant to cleanliness, cooling, heating and sealing surfaces on cavity and core.
• Maintaining tools to relevant intervals and caring for each individual mould needs.
• Ensure robot gripper installations are done correctly.
• Ensure the tool loading and unloading procedure is adhered to.
