JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client has an opportunity available for a Tool Setter.

Requirements:

Matric
N3 or equivalent qualification.
Qualified toolmaker or tool setter.
Sound knowledge of Injection Moulding Machine.

Responsibilities:

Checking all tools relevant to cleanliness, cooling, heating and sealing surfaces on cavity and core.
Maintaining tools to relevant intervals and caring for each individual mould needs.
Ensure robot gripper installations are done correctly.
Ensure the tool loading and unloading procedure is adhered to.
