Territory Sales & Business Development Representative

Garden Route & Eastern Cape

Location: George, Western Cape - Hybrid

Our client is a premium outdoor lifestyle brand specialising in contemporary patio furniture, pergolas, fire pits and outdoor entertainment products. We''''''''re looking for a driven, self-motivated sales professional to grow their presence across the Garden Route and Eastern Cape.

This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting new people and developing new business.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business opportunities across the Garden Route and Eastern Cape (Still Bay to Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth). 
• Build relationships with hotels, resorts, guesthouses, restaurants, coffee shops, wine estates, architects, interior designers, landscapers and property developers. 
• Conduct client visits and professional product presentations. 
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities. 
• Manage and retain client relationships at all levels by providing exceptional service, including after-sales support, responding to client enquiries, and conducting regular follow-ups to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. 
• Submit accurate weekly sales activity reports, pipeline updates and territory feedback.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly sales targets. 
• Represent the brand professionally at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions and promotional activities.

What We''''''''re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years'''''''' experience in external sales or business development. 
• A proven track record of generating new business. 
• Hospitality, furniture, interiors or premium product sales experience is advantageous. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. 
• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven. 
• Valid driver''''''''s licence. 
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Remuneration

R45 000 cost to company negotiable plus an attractive uncapped commission structure.
