POSITION INFO:

Tender Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and track relevant tender opportunities and deadlines.
Prepare, compile and submit complete tender documents on time.
Obtain quotations, certificates and supporting documentation.
Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to gather required information.
Maintain tender records and monitor submission progress.
Check submissions for accuracy and compliance with tender requirements.

Requirements:

Previous experience in tender administration or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and handle confidential information.
Available to start immediately.

Qualifications: Senior Certificate - Grade 12 (Matric)
Qualification Types: Certificates/Certification
Start Date: Immediately
