Tender Administrator

R12 000 per month CTC

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full tender administration process from receiving tender opportunities through to final submission.
• Prepare, compile and submit tender documentation accurately and on time.
• Work extensively with tender portals and ensure all online submissions are completed correctly.
• Monitor tender opportunities, closing dates and submission requirements.
• Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
• Maintain strong document control and organized tender records.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather the required tender information and documentation.
• Update and maintain CRM systems and tender databases.
• Track tender submissions, outcomes and follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support to the tender and sales teams

• 2–3 years' strong Tender Administration experience – ESSENTIAL
• Strong experience working on Tender Portals – ESSENTIAL
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong understanding of document control and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work well under pressure and meet strict tender deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously
• Highly organized, proactive and deadline-driven
