Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Tender Administrator to join our team based in Westville / Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full tender process, ensuring that all submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted within required deadlines.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities (public and private sector)
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in line with requirements
• Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information for submissions
• Maintain and update tender databases and records
• Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders regarding tender requirements
• Ensure compliance with applicable South African regulations and procurement policies
• Assist with pricing schedules and costing documentation where required
• Maintain an organised filing system for all tender-related documents

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar (advantageous)
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in tender administration or a similar role
• Strong understanding of tender processes, preferably within the South African market
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience with government tenders (e.g., municipalities, state-owned entities)
• Knowledge of procurement portals and tender platforms
