SUMMARY:
Our client, a leader within the Office Automation industry is looking for a Temporary Sales Administrator for a 6-month contract.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

The Sales Administrator is responsible for sales administration support related to the sales order entry process as well as assisting the Sales Support Administrator with customer query and issue resolution.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Receiving sales orders from customers and internal stock orders
Ensuring quality and accuracy of captured sales order details and pricing
Checking stock availability and liaising with customers
Monitoring and tracking back-order status, compiling Back-Order Reporting and providing feedback to Account Managers
Pulling weekly reports on stock holding and selling averages
Checking customer account status
Capturing sales orders, processing and printing to warehouse
Assisting with customer order query resolution and tracking and escalation
Monthly sales reporting as required
Weekly Back Order reporting

Educational Requirements:

Grade 12

Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum 1 year experience in a data capturing or administrative role
Experience in the sales support environment is an advantage
SAP R3 experience (non-negotiable)
Excellent command of the English language – verbal and written
Knowledge of the sales process is advantageous
