POSITION INFO:

Our client in the construction and manufacturing industry is looking for a professional and well-presented Temp Receptionist to join their team in Cape Town.

THIS POSITION WILL BE ON AN “AS-NEEDED” BASIS – THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL ONLY BE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO THE OFFICE WHEN REQUIRED. 

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Previous reception or front desk experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Well-organised and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:
• Answering and directing calls
• Welcoming clients and visitors
• Managing the reception area
• Assisting with administrative duties
• Handling emails and general office support
