SUMMARY:
TEMP INVOICING CLERK
Location: Alberton

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

Matric.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Willing to work over weekends.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
An established and rapidly moving distribution business is looking for an experienced Temp Invoicing Clerk to join their operations team. If you have excellent Excel skills, enjoy working with high volumes of orders and invoices, and take pride in accuracy, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar role.
Strong administration and data capturing skills.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Computer literate with excellent Excel experience.
Willing to work over weekends.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving ability.
Deadline-driven with excellent organisational skills.
Reliable team player with a positive attitude.

Duties and responsibilities:

Print and capture customer orders on the system and generate pick instructions.
Invoice completed orders once picking has been confirmed.
Generate delivery notes for rejected raw materials returned to the market.
Generate invoices for waste returned to the market.
Communicate with customers regarding order or stock-related queries.
Perform accurate data capturing and maintain invoicing records.
Provide general office administration support.
Ensure all invoicing documentation is processed accurately and within required deadlines.
