SUMMARY:
A financial services company is looking for a Telesales Consultant: Short Term (Personal Risk Advisor) for their insurance products. Preference will be given to persons with disabilities.

POSITION INFO:
Job Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer service while promoting and selling short-term insurance products to existing and prospective members. The role requires a vibrant, well-spoken, and target-driven individual who is passionate about building customer relationships, identifying client needs, and achieving sales targets through professional and effective service delivery.

Job Outputs:

Timeous follow up on leads
Delivering quotes and sales via an outbound process
Quote existing and new members
Convert quotations to sales, in line with the minimum monthly targets
Contact potential members and underwrite policies

Job Requirements and Experience

National Senior Certificate (Grade 12/Matric)
FAIS credits on NQF level 4, as per FSCA legislative requirement
Regulatory Examination 5 (RE5) -Representative
Minimum 1-year outbound Contact Centre Telesales experience
Minimum 6 months’ Short-term insurance experience in brokerage
