Minimum Requirements:

• Motor industry and parts knowledge (specifically aftermarket parts)

• Sales experience with strong customer service skills

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Ability to identify sales opportunities and tailor solutions in real-time

• High level of computer literacy, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Ethical and professional conduct

• Extensive knowledge related to vehicles and parts

Skills and Qualifications:

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent

• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude

• Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Resilient under pressure with effective conflict resolution abilities

Job Specification:

Over-the-Counter Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers in-person

• Take and process orders accurately

• Prepare and negotiate quotes and offers

• Manage product catalogue and provide guidance on product specifications

• Assist with tele sales and warehouse operations as required

• Process dispatch, shipping, and returns if needed

• Grow and manage the customer base

• Run telephone campaigns and product promotions

• Coordinate customer service with warehouse and operations

• Follow up on sales orders to completion

• Build strong customer relationships to increase sales and margins

• Maintain showroom displays and store appearance

• Comply with all safety, health, security, and environmental standards

Inbound Customer Calls:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries efficiently

• Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions

• Maintain polite and energetic tone for positive customer experience

• Record customer feedback in CRM for personalized follow-ups

• Manage tele sales process from order taking to feedback management

Outbound Customer Calls & Revenue Growth:

• Meet daily outbound call targets and engage proactively with customers

• Identify upselling opportunities to increase revenue

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales, promotions, and business processes

• Analyze customer reports to target based on buying patterns, back-orders, and queries

• Ensure all tele sales activities align with company sales strategies
