The Telemarketer / Appointment Setter will contact potential clients, schedule meetings for senior agents and ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team. This role directly contributes to company revenue through successful appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings for senior agents
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled meetings
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments
• Support senior agents by providing relevant client information
• Meet set targets for appointments and contribute to team sales success

• Matric (essential)
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales support, or appointment setting an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working on commission-based incentives
• Must be based in or able to travel to Greenpoint
