SUMMARY:
The IT Support Technician will provide first-line and second-line technical support to end users. You will be responsible for resolving day-to-day IT issues, maintaining device health and ensuring a high level of service delivery across the organisation.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networkârelated issues.
Log, track, and resolve support tickets using the IT service management system, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Deliver clear, professional, and userâfocused communication at all times.
Assist with network, server, and system support as required.
Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and access provisioning.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

2-4 years' experience in IT support
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows
Experience with Microsoft 365 and standard business applications
Experience with ticketing systems (ManageEngine, ServiceNow, and Zendesk)
