Technical Service Manager

POSITION INFO:
Job Description:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary technical team to deliver top-tier service
• Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality assurance
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, resolving technical and service issues promptly
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives to improve performance
• Drive continuous improvement through training, process optimization, and integration of PLC, SCADA, and HMI technologies

• Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing technical or service-driven teams
• Strong mechanical and electrical background, with practical knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems, conveyors, compressors, and rotating equipment
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop multi-disciplinary technical teams effectively
• Hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, field service, or workshop environments
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset

• Qualification:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing technical service operations in an industrial setting
• Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems in industrial applications
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally as required
