SUMMARY:
Are you a motivated, results-driven leader with a strong technical background and a passion for service excellence? We are seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead a high-performing team, ensuring operational efficiency, outstanding customer service, and continuous improvement. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, business insight, and leadership to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary technical team to deliver top-tier service
Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality assurance
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, resolving technical and service issues promptly
Manage departmental budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement initiatives to improve performance
Drive continuous improvement through training, process optimization, and integration of PLC, SCADA, and HMI technologies

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing technical or service-driven teams
Strong mechanical and electrical background, with practical knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems, conveyors, compressors, and rotating equipment
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop multi-disciplinary technical teams effectively
Hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, field service, or workshop environments
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset

Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated experience managing technical service operations in an industrial setting
Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems in industrial applications
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally as required
