SUMMARY:
Technical Administrator
Based in Sandton
R12 500.00 - R15 000.00 per month depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

- Administration assistance for the technical department nationally.
- Invoicing of all Job Cards, ensure every invoice sent out is accurate.
- Quotations for call Jobs required.
- Maintain confidentiality and adherence to company guidelines.
- Resolve billing errors that other staff or customer’s flag for the technical department.
- Debtors for the Technical department when required.
- Filing for the Technical department.
- Pulling and checking of spares required for the technical department.
- Checking of all spares coming in from suppliers.
- Interbranch spares between branches.
- Maintaining minimum stock levels.
- Provide relief to front-desk reception when required.
- Assist with open houses and Trade shows.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
- Proficiency in the use of computer programs such as Pastel; Outlook, Excel and Word processing and spreadsheets (MS Office).
