My client, a mid-tier Accounting and Auditing firm in the Southern Suburbs, seeks Tax Administrator

POSITION INFO:

My client, a mid-tier Accounting and Auditing firm in the Southern Suburbs, seeks Tax Administrator to join their Tax department. In this role you will be assisting the tax department with administration. Lovely stable & respected team! 

Responsibilities:

• All registrations with SARS, upload supporting documents when needed
• Prepare provisional tax
• Manage SARS telephonic queries, act as liaison with SARS consultants 
• Manage tax clearance applications
• Manage correspondence between SARS and clients
• Verify and process ITA34's
• SARS E-filing (complete administration of e-filing) client registrations
• Request statement of accounts for various taxes on e-filing and via SARS call centre

Requirements: 

• Must have 2-3 years experience in a similar role 
• Working knowledge Microsoft Office, SARS E-filing
• Must be decisive, accurate and able to prioritise
• Able to work well under pressure in a deadline driven environment
• Client centric
