JOB DESCRIPTION:

Talent Acquisition Specialist - 5 years experience

Execute a talent acquisition strategy and process to hire best talent whilst working closely with key stakeholders and colleagues to prompt and promote thinking in order to create relevant and effective recruitment plans.

Function as an ambassador of the employer brand,candidate experience, talent mobility and commercial third party supplier relationships to ensure attraction and hire of the right people.

This role may be focused on external talent mapping and benchmarking, diversity & inclusion, external sourcing, interviewing, candidate management and negotiation, and employment branding.

Develop and maintains a strong candidate pipeline
Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage a diverse pool of active and passive candidates, including LinkedIn, search engines, niche job boards, social media, user groups, and blogs •Manage 12-15 requisitions at a given time with potential to take on more as business needs dictate Reviews candidate profiles, screens resumes, and updates candidate status in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Conducts thorough pre screening
Coordinate closely with hiring teams and shepherd candidates through the process
Extends offers to candidates, coordinating closely with hiring managers
