We are looking for a motivated, organised and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team.

The successful candidate will work closely with both our South African and International Recruitment team, assisting with permanent placements across both markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR-qualified individual who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys working with people and is looking to grow their career within a dynamic recruitment agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment and placement of candidates for permanent positions in South Africa and internationally.
  
• Source and identify suitable candidates through recruitment platforms, databases and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and assess candidates against position requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Assist with coordinating interviews and managing candidate processes.
• Support the team with candidate follow-ups and recruitment administration.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Assist the team in achieving recruitment and placement objectives.

Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Human Resource Management is essential.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or an HR environment.
• International recruitment experience will be highly beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
