Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce within a leading organisation in the automotive and manufacturing sectors? Our client, a well-established company with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, is seeking a diligent Training Coordinator to orchestrate development initiatives that empower employees and drive operational success.

Duties:

Identify training and development needs across the organisation through assessments and consultations with line managers
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels
Coordinate internal and external training programs, including booking venues, trainers, and scheduling sessions
Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers, and management reports
Stay current with new training methodologies, technologies, and best practices in adult learning

Requirements:

5 to 8 years of experience in a training or learning development role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with skills in design and planning
Knowledge of R and RPE (Relevant Portable Equipment) is advantageous
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Gauteng

Nice to Have:

Experience within the automotive or manufacturing industries
