TELESALES CLERK

What You'll Do:

• Handle all sales calls efficiently and professionally

• Place client orders through various channels

• Upsell products and communicate ongoing promotions to maximise gross profit and boost turnover

• Meet all sales targets and deadlines consistently

• Attend to administrative, procurement, and marketing tasks

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and grow the customer base by targeting new markets

Requirements:

• 2 to 6 years of relevant sales experience

• Proven customer relations skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and MS Excel

• Strong negotiation skills

• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently

Familiarity with the following:

• FMCG industry dynamics

• Sales and marketing strategies
