POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers telephonically to promote and sell products and services.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product and service solutions.
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively to close sales opportunities.
• Accurately capture and maintain customer information and sales records.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• 6 months to 1 year of telesales experience (non-negotiable).
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Previous call centre experience will be advantageous.
• Target-driven with a strong passion for sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
