SUMMARY:
Hospitality Hire is recruiting for an experienced Systems / Support Administrator to be based at our client's Head Office in Green Point, Cape Town.

This is an urgent hire for a candidate with hands-on experience in Nebula and APEX, two of the hospitality industry's leading property management and reservations platforms. If you thrive in a technical support environment and know these systems inside out, we want to hear from you immediately.

POSITION INFO:
About the Role
As Systems / Support Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for all system-related operations. You will keep hospitality technology running smoothly, from building and managing rates to diagnosing interface issues and providing day-to-day system support to operational teams across the group.

Key Responsibilities

Nebula and APEX system administration and configuration
Building, loading, and maintaining rates across systems
Checking and managing system interfaces and integrations
Troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues
Supporting reservations systems and operational users
Assisting with ongoing system updates, testing, and improvements
Liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders on system matters

Requirements

Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Nebula and APEX (ESSENTIAL)
Proven experience in system administration and IT/tech support
Solid understanding of rates setup, interfaces, and reservations systems
Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills — able to explain technical issues to non-technical staff
Hospitality industry background is highly advantageous
