SUMMARY:
Bridge between IT and Business, focusing on sales, bulling and customer facing systems. You will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements - specifically from the product team - into functional specifications, collaborating closely with development teams and ensuring solutions are delivered effectively through end-to-end testing.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Requirement gathering and collaborate with Product and business stakeholders to understand their objectives, translating complex needs into detailed functional specifications
Analyse, document and maintain API workflows, including data mappings and integration points across platforms
Lead IT-related projects by creating and managing detailed project plans, tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle, including developing test cases, conducting User Acceptance Testing and ensuring solutions meet business requirements
Provide Technical Support for pay as you go platforms

Education

Bachelor degree in business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information systems or related
Min 5 years experience in Business analysis (preferably in Telecommunications or product development
Strong understanding of API, SQL Server (General select queries, stores procedures, views)
