As a Support Desk Technician, you be responsible for managing all incoming service requests by establishing an effective working relationship with customers. You will be required to maintaining accurate information about customer records for billing purposes.

Requirements:

Relevant Tertiary Qualification
7 years'' experience in an IT performance analysis and end-user support role
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and task management software
