Supply Chain Data Monitoring

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team in a Supply Chain Data Monitoring role. This position plays a critical part in ensuring efficient retail order fulfilment, accurate logistics reporting, and strong transport performance across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor retail orders to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery
Analyse order fill rates and identify opportunities for performance improvement
Oversee container bookings, invoicing, and order closure processes
Ensure accurate and timely Proof of Delivery (POD) processing
Track delivery performance and ensure timely invoice submissions
Maintain daily transport performance reports
Analyse monthly on-time delivery performance metrics
Support finance reporting by aligning operational and financial data
Monitor and track labour costs to support effective cost control

Requirements:

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
2–4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, or retail fulfilment
Experience working with large retail accounts is advantageous
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to coordinate across multiple departments
Must be able to speak; read & wright English and Manderin
