SUMMARY:
Our client in the Tyre Industry has an opportunity available for a Store Manager in the KZN area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric
Post-Matric qualification – retail/sales related
2 yrs.’ experience in the tyre retail industry
MUST have minimum 3 to 4 years management experience in sales and retail
Experience in face to face and telephone sales, planning and organising resources, manage and lead staff, manage store finance and stock and build and maintain customer relations

KPAs:

Ensure equipment & machines are in working order
Ensure certification of vessels (with the assistance of representatives)
Develop equipment spares lists
Compile and implement maintenance programs
Records, documents & communicates information at store level
Manages and Leads Staff
Manages Store Finances & Stock
Sell products/services & seek new sales opportunities
Build & Maintain Customer Relations
Control credit notes
