• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
• Provide expert advice on agricultural products and applications
• Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff
• Maintain accurate sales, stock, and operational records
• Implement sales strategies to grow revenue and customer base
• Build strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall store performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
