Delaire Graff Spa is looking for an experienced Spa Therapist for a fixed period (September 2026 - April 2027) who will be responsible for delivering a variety of spa services in a safe and comfortable manner and responding to relevant guests’ queries, needs and expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include coordinating the daily operations of the full spa portfolio; delivering a variety of spa services, including body treatments, facials, massages, waxing and microneedling; acknowledging and responding to guests’ queries, needs and expectations; recommending and promoting retail products and additional services; maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all spa therapies and retail products; maintaining spa equipment; ensuring treatment rooms are clean, organised and fully stocked; ensuring all displays are fresh, clean and eye-catching; ensuring that guests receive the best possible experience and stay; and providing treatments in accordance with Delaire standards.
Main Requirements:
Hospitality qualification in aesthetics, e.g. Master’s Diploma in Aesthetics, ITEC, CIDESCO or SAAHSP
Minimum 5 years’ spa therapist experience
Practical experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing, face and body therapies, advanced facials and holistic body treatments
Passionate about healing and wellness
Fluent in English
Basic computer skills
Well-groomed
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
