- Taking overall responsibility for the efficient day-to-day operations of the spa
- Leading from the front and remaining visible and actively involved in daily spa operations
- Performing professional spa treatments when operational requirements, staffing levels or guest demand require additional hands-on support

At The President Hotel, we’re looking for an experienced, people-focused and hands-on Spa Manager who is comfortable leading from the front. This role requires strong spa management experience combined with a practical, hands-on approach. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform spa treatments when operationally required, oversee and support the spa reception area when needed, and ensure a seamless and professional guest journey from arrival through to treatment and departure.
This is not a purely office-based management role. We need a Spa Manager who enjoys being visible within the operation, supporting the team during busy periods, engaging with guests, assisting with treatments when needed, and taking ownership of both the treatment and reception areas of the spa.
