OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• The Solutions Architect is responsible for driving revenue growth across Offsite CCTV Monitoring, Guarding, and Specialised Security Services. The role combines consultative solution design with active business development to deliver tailored, client-focused security solutions.
• The individual will engage with prospective and existing clients, conduct needs analyses and site risk assessments, design integrated solutions, and support the sales cycle from proposal to contract closure, ensuring both sales targets and customer satisfaction are achieved.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Business Development

• Present, promote, and sell Offsite Monitoring, Guarding, and Specialised Security Service contracts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead management.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring retention and upselling opportunities.

Solution Design & Pre-Sales Support

• Conduct site assessments and risk analyses for prospective clients.
• Design integrated, best-practice security solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and solution documentation with a quick turnaround.

Client Relationship Management

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth solution implementation.

Commercial & Reporting

• Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and client feedback via Salesforce.
• Prepare accurate reports and forecasts for management review.

Operational Requirement

• Work closely with operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and cost-effective.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
