 BROKER ASSISTANT - SHORT TERM INSURANCE - Our client is seeking an outgoing, client-focused, and task-driven Broker Assistant to join their insurance brokerage team in Lyttelton, Pretoria!

 Location: Lyttelton, Pretoria 

Salary: R12,000 – R18,000 per month

Essential Qualifications: - RE5 Certificate (essential) - General Cross Professional Development (CPD) points - 3+ years experience in the short term insurance industry (preferred) - General knowledge of the short term insurance industry - Own transport & valid Code B driver''s license

Essential Experience:  3+ years in the short term insurance industry  Policy administration and client engagement , Record keeping and engagement management , Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook proficiency essential) , Industry-related admin programs and platforms

Key Responsibilities: Client Service & Administration:  Deal with clients on a day-to-day basis, delivering exceptional service , Maintain a high customer satisfaction score and fast first-response times , Manage and administer policies accurately and efficiently , Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client engagements

Essential Skills: 

- Outgoing personality and easy to work with 

- Task-driven and results-oriented , Self-disciplined in record keeping and administration 

- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills 

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
