Shift Supervisor - Mooinooi

Mid Career (Above 6 yrs exp)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team in Mooinooi. As a Shift Supervisor in the mining industry, you will report to the Engineer and oversee operations on a day-to-day basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in mining operations
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Monitor and maintain production targets
Train and mentor subordinates

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 qualification
Minimum 3 years' experience in a mining/plant environment
Previous Supervisor experience advantageous
Supervisory and mineral processing training
Minimum of 3 years Chrome plant experience
Clean criminal record
Medical fitness as per organizational requirements

Competencies:

Strong SHEQ awareness
Results-oriented mindset
Excellent people and communication skills
Ability to contribute to team success
