POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking a proactive and technically minded Service Support Co-ordinator to join their service team. This role is responsible for coordinating warranty processes, supporting technical service operations, driving OEM compliance, and ensuring high service standards across branches and dealer networks. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving service efficiency, supporting technical training initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate).
• Earthmoving Trade Test in a related field.
• 3–5 years'' experience within the earthmoving industry.
• Strong technical and mechanical knowledge.
• Experience with warranty administration and warranty systems.
• Ability to work effectively with OEMs, dealers and customers.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process warranty claims within OEM deadlines.
• Monitor warranty claim status and reconcile OEM payments.
• Support technical training and technology adoption across service teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service procedures.
• Maintain accurate service, warranty and technical records.
• Monitor machine health, telematics and SOS reports.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance planning.
• Track OEM and dealer KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.
• Support the Service Manager with day-to-day service operations.
