Service Department Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a well organised and professional person who can mulitask in a very fast paced and high pressure environment

Key functions:

Responding to serivice department emails and incoming calls
Processing orders and invoicing
Admin/ filing and processing

Requirments:

At least 5 years experience in service industry
Communiction skills
Telephone etiquette
Mulitasking skills
Admin skills
Invoicing and ordering
Very structured and controlled
Computer literate (Syspro a bonus)
Matric
