Overview

Global entity specialising in safety solutions within the mining sector requires the skills of an experienced, Service Coordinator.

Minimum Requirements:

Completed Grade 12

4 or more years’ service coordination/ service administration experience

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent attention to detail

The ability to work efficiently under pressure

Good data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate technician runs / territories

Technician support

Travel coordination

Manage after service reports

Manage asset register (locations etc)

Review, develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
