SUMMARY:
Our Cape Town based client has been the first choice forklift and warehouse service provider for more than 30 years. An immediately available, outgoing, no-nonsense Service Controller with Autoline and MS Office is needed to control and schedule technicians on their routes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Open WIP based on repairs and services
Update WIP order numbers daily
Dispatch and allocate technicians to breakdowns
Technician time sheet capturing
Customer feedback & queries
Capture job cards
Follow up on outstanding job cards
Reserve parts on accepted quotes and jobs
General admin duties

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
2 years’ relevant experience
Able to work in fast paced environment
Work fast and accurate under pressure
MS Office
Knowledge of Autoline (non-negotiable)
