Service Advisor (Automotive Dealership)

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

• Checking in cars in to the workshop, confirming customers details on job card,
• Phoning for warranty and Service authorization on customers vehicles,
• Welcoming Customers at service reception, phoning customers for Authorization on work to be done on their vehicles or any extra work.
• Liaise with the workshop foreman with regards to progress on customers cars so as to inform them of the status
• Monitoring cash outstanding and work in progress make follow ups with customers for CSI purposes and make sure everything is in order
• Phoning customers to come fetch the vehicles when done and explain invoices to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience as Vehicle Service advisor / Aftersales consultant
• Experience working within the MOTOR industry and with a corporate branded dealership
• Must be able to work under pressure and be customer service orientated
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Valid SA Driver’s license
• Clear criminal record
