SUMMARY:

Service Advisor – Automotive Dealership (Nelspruit)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop
• Accurately book in vehicles and open job cards
• Provide clear explanations of repairs, costs, and timelines to customers
• Maintain regular communication and updates with customers on vehicle progress
• Liaise effectively with technicians and workshop management
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Upsell additional services where appropriate

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive processes and workshop operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Computer literate (Dealer Management Systems experience advantageous)
• Valid driver’s license
