Service Advisor

SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a well-established automotive dealership based in Malelane.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop
• Book in vehicles for servicing and repairs
• Accurately capture customer concerns and job cards
• Provide customers with feedback and updates on vehicle progress
• Upsell additional services and maintenance where applicable
• Liaise with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
• Computer literacy (experience with dealer management systems advantageous)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
