SUMMARY:
Our client, a manufacturer, supplier and installer of specialist equipment is looking for a Service Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

The role of the Service Administrator is to assist the Service Manager in the management of the Service Department operations within a commercial environment in accordance with their quality management systems and accreditation requirements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Data Capturing
Client liaison
Generate test reports from supplied test results including the reporting thereof.
Apply calibration and maintenance procedures
Participate in maintaining the quality management system and accreditation (where applicable)
Provide excellent customer service by meeting and exceeding the client requirements as per their requests
Provide customers with quotations as per company requirements
Handling queries and resolving problems
Determining customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers
Co-chair weekly meetings with the service department personnel
Check with each technician at the end of the day and note all issues requiring priority attention
Ensure that technicians follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across all jobs and the workplace

Educational Requirements:

Grade 12

Experience and Skills Required:

2 – 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
Strong data capturing skills
Ability to pay strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Extensive report writing skills
Excellent communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
Strong problem-solving skills and the desire to come up with practical solutions
Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment
Valid driver’s license
