POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Matric Certificate and/or any other relevant business administration qualification.
Valid driver’s license.
Advanced computer working skills in word, excel and MS Office.
Business administration experience is required.

Requirements:

Responsible for administratively supporting the department’s Technicians, the Controller and the Quality & Service Manager.
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet the employers standards
Assist with the planning and execution of Service and Technical procurement requirements and deliveries
Provide support to the procurement, project and warehouse departments
Maintain product and technical knowledge
Support with updating, controlling and reporting on Service call requests register and administration
Responsible for assisting the technical schedule and ensuring technicians are allocated to the correct jobs
Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for the department staff and teams as required
Attend to and escalate client queries to the relevant personnel
Assist the Service & Technical team by attending to administrative tasks relating to current projects in the pipeline.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports.
