Senior Order Management Specialist (Medical Devices)

Position type: 12-month FTC

Location: Bryanston, Johannesburg

Position Overview:

A leading medical devices manufacturer has a fantastic new opportunity available for an experienced Senior Order Management Specialist, for a 12-month FTC.

The Senior Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing orders, expediting, and coordinating the flow of work within the Order Management team or between internal departments.

One will deliver operational excellence in the Order Management team to support the SSA Commercial Ops’ strategic and operational goals and help them achieve their revenue goals.

This role acts as a role model and a key point of contact, implementing best practices and leading continuous improvement activities to enhance customer experience.

Minimum Requirements:

A completed Grade 12 qualification.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience as an Order Management Specialist within the medical device industry.
Knowledge and skills with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems such as SFDC.
Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience using SAP and Salesforce.
Knowledge of Incoterms 2020®.
Sound EDI Knowledge is required.
High attention to detail with the ability to effectively review and understand sales agreements, proposals, purchase orders, and related information.
