Senior Front of House Manager - Rosebank

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Upmarket Restaurant in Rosebank is looking for a senior front of house Restaurant manager. Must have experience in a quick service Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Micros point of sale. Candidates with 8+ years management experience in Restaurants will be considered. Must have strong operations management skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & system controls essential. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone that can lead a team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. Looking for long term commitment. Must have own car. Salary R 15000 – 20000 K net. Only serious managers need to apply.
