POSITION INFO:

Our client, a well-established hospitality venue in Bryanston, is seeking an experienced Senior Front of House Manager to lead its front-of-house operations. This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing and developing the FOH team, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with excellent people management skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Front of House operations.
• Lead, coach and develop the FOH team.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee service delivery and operational standards.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain effective communication between Front and Back of House.
• Manage stock control, reporting and general administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and service standards.
• Drive operational efficiency and contribute to business profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in a senior hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent judgement and problem-solving ability.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Sound understanding of business management principles.
• Fully computer literate.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid driver''s licence and own reliable transport
