A well-established commercial legal practice in Bellville is looking for a Senior Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the office.

DUTIES:

Handle office tasks – filing, generate reports and presentations, set up meetings and purchases
Provide real-time schedule support
Use computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations and conduct research
Handle communications via phone, email and other
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience

REQUIREMENTS:

Associate’s Degree in a related field
5 years’ Administrative experience
Excellent computer skills and typing
Attention to detail
Multilingual
Proactive
Positive attitude

HOURS:

08h00 – 16h30 (Mon-Thurs)
08h00 – 16h00 (Fri)
