My client, an iconic wine estate based in Stellenbosch, is currently seeking a professional, energetic, and well-presented PA & Office Administrator to support a team of four Senior Managers.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the go-to person in the office, and is passionate about organisation, coordination, and providing seamless executive support.

POSITION INFO:

Skills & experience required:

Proven experience in a similar PA or Office Administrator role.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfortable working in a digital environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job description:

Provide comprehensive PA support to four Senior Managers, including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including supply management and facilities coordination.
Draft, format, and manage professional correspondence and reports.
Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in all communications.
Report writing
