SUMMARY:
Senior Administration Clerk - Hermanstad, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:
A leading automotive OEM is seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Administration Clerk to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative capabilities and a solid understanding of the automotive environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations while supporting various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate administrative records, documentation, and filing systems
Process and capture data on internal systems with a high level of accuracy
Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and general financial administration
Assist with stock control and vehicle/parts documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication
Prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence as required
Support compliance with company policies and OEM standards
Assist with audit preparation and general office administration
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry or OEM environment
Strong knowledge of administrative processes and systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and administration systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and ownership

Advantageous:

Experience with automotive dealership or OEM systems
Basic understanding of financial administration

Team player with a proactive approach
